Precision Electronics board approves allotment of bonus shares

Precision Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 26, 2006 has approved allotment of 83,09,107 equity shares of Rs 10 each by issue of bonus shares through capitalization of reserves as approved in last Annual General Meeting held on July 14, 2006.

Resultantly paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased to 1,38,48,512 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
