India Cements Board to consider Merger of Visaka Cement with itself

India Cements Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider a proposal of merger of Visaka Cement Industry Ltd (the Company's associate Company) with the Company.
