Narmada Chematur announces Record Date for merger with GNFC

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Ltd (GNFC) has announced that March 23, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the Shareholders of Narmada Chematur Petrochemicals Ltd (NCPL) who shall be issued and allotted the Equity Shares of GNFC, as per the Scheme of Amalgamation.

In pursuance of the Scheme of Amalgamation, as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, GNFC shall be required to issue and allot 1 Equity Share of Rs 10/- each credited as fully paid-up, for every 3 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, held by the shareholders of NCPL.
