Allcargo Global clarifies "No acquisition plan finalized"

With reference to the news item which appeared in the leading daily titled "Allcargo in talks buy air freight firm", Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has clarified to BSE that after successful acquisition of ECU Hold NV, the Company presently has not finalized any acquisition plan. Moreover, decisions regarding any acquisition plans of the Company are taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors with a due advance intimation to the stock exchanges, where the equity shares of the Company are listed.

The Company categorically denies and disclaims the responsibility for the aforesaid published Article, which is grossly incorrect, misleading and baseless.
