Prism Informatics enters into MOU with Al Suwaidi Group

Prism Informatics Ltd has announced that the Company and Al Suwaidi Holding Company Ltd. has entered in Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for purchase of 51% stake in Information Management Technologies (IMT) business of Al Suwaidi Holding Company Ltd. based in Saudi Arabia.

The stock closed the day at Rs.432.10, up by Rs.8.45 or 1.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.432.10 and low of Rs.432.10.
