Le Lavoir Ltd enters into MoU with Tech Riser Pvt Ltd

Le Lavoir Limited has entered a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tech Riser Private Limited on September 30, 2025, to acquire 51.00% stake in the Company.

The Tech Riser Private Limited shall engage in developing digital platform that enable Le Lavoir to develop the Retail Laundry Business across India. Its solutions cover order booking, tracking payments, and backend operations, helping retail Laundry Business transition to digital retail model.

This acquisition, amounting to a 51.00% stake (Post Completion of the Acquisition) in Tech Riser Private Limited. After this acquisition Le Lavoir Limited will issue its own shares to the Promoter of Tech Riser Private Limited through Swap of Shares.

Shares of LE Lavoir Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 316.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 321.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7526 in over 115 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 336.60 and intraday low of 306.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2392453.00.
