Ranklin Solutions Board to consider stock split

Ranklin Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2010, inter-alia, to consider the proposal to split the Face Value of Equity Share of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.130, down by Rs.2.55 or 1.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.134.50 and low of Rs.127.50.

The total traded quantity was 243401 compared to 2 week average of 256289.
