G E Shipping delivers its 2005 built Suezmax Crude Tanker 'Jag Lok'

The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (G E Shipping) delivered its 2005 built Suezmax Crude Tanker "Jag Lok" to the buyers. The vessel was contracted for sale in September 2025.

After this transaction, the company's current owned fleet stands at 39 vessels, comprising 25 tankers (5 Crude Tankers, 16 Product Tankers, 4 LPG Carriers) and 14 Dry Bulk Carriers (2 Capesize, 10 Kamsarmax, 2 Supramax), aggregating 3.17 mn dwt.

Additionally, the company has contracted to buy one secondhand Very Large Gas Carrier, one secondhand Ultramax Dry Bulk Carrier and sell one Kamsarmax Dry Bulk Carrier "Jag Aarati". These purchase and sale transactions are expected to be completed in Q4 FY26.

Shares of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1112.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1095.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11742 in over 1008 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1115.00 and intraday low of 1093.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12927761.00.
