Broadcast Initiatives Ltd IPO open for subscription

The IPO of Broadcast Initiatives Ltd which opened for subscription on February 09, 2007 has received subscription for just 9500 shares of the total issue till 2045 hrs on 09 February 2007. The company's IPO opened for subscription on February 9, 2007.

The company is coming out with an issue of 85,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each at a price band of Rs.100 to Rs.120 through 100% book building process.

Out of the issue, 4225000 equity shares have been reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 1267500 shares for Non Institutional Investors, 2957500 shares for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) and 100000 for employees of the company.
