Crisil assigns AAA Rating to Nestle India's Long Term Borrowing Programme

Nestle India Ltd has announced that the Company has been assigned AAA rating with Stable Outlook indicating highest safety by CRISIL Ltd. for Long Term Borrowing Programme of Rs 50 Crores. CRISIL Ltd has also reaffirmed the P1+ rating indicating very strong safety for Short Term Debt Plan of Rs 35 Crores.

The Company currently has negligible outstanding debt and has no immediate borrowal plans.
