Venus Remedies approves enhancement of FII limit to 49%

Venus Remedies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2007, has approved enhancing the FII investment limit in the Company from 24% to 49% of the paid up equity capital of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders in the Extra ordinary General Meeting to be held on March 05, 2007.
