Hon'ble High Court of Bombay sanction Scheme of Amalgamation of JB Chemicals and Lekar Healthcare

JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the final hearing of the Company Petition filed by the Company for seeking sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation was held on February 02, 2007. At the said hearing the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay at Mumbai has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Lekar Healthcare Ltd. with the Company.
