Modipon fixes Record Date for issuing shares of Indofil Organic Industries Ltd

Modipon Ltd has announced that February 16, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement to the shareholders to issue shares of Indofil Organic Industries Ltd (IOIL). The shareholders of the Company shall receive 3 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of IOIL for every 2 equity shares of Rs 10/- each held in the Company.
