Frontline Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2007, to explore the possibility and advantages of Amalgamation of Nova Impex Pvt Ltd, Falgun Exports Pvt Ltd, Falgun Financial Services Ltd, Neha Traders & Finance Pvt Ltd, Fairdeal Supplies Pvt Ltd, Trimurti Auto Finance Pvt Ltd and Kajal Trading Ltd with the Company and to draft the Scheme of Amalgamation accordingly.
