SPEL Semiconductor Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2007, has approved the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from MAC House, 4 Sardar Patel Road, Guindy, Chennai to 5 CMDA Industrial Estate, Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai.
