Shree Cement conferred Best Corporate Governance Award by RCCI

Shree Cement Ltd has announced that the Company has been conferred the 2nd RCCI Excellence Award 2007 in recognition of "Overall best Corporate Governance Practices and Disclosures in Annual Report" in all the four categories i.e. Corporate Governance in Capital Market, Financial Performance, Business & Qualitative Approach and Annual Report Management.

The award was given by Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) on January 31, 2007 at Jaipur.
