CHL Board defers Right Issue

CHL Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2010, inter alia, deferred the Agenda of the Right Issue of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.123.60, up by Rs.4.55 or 3.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.124.90 and low of Rs.119.

The total traded quantity was 8914 compared to 2 week average of 4302.
