Shree Digvijay Cement Company Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 12, 2010 to April 19, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 19, 2010.
