Geodesic Information Board declares interim dividend, to acquire 100% in Chandamama Ltd

Geodesic Information Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2007, inter alia, has discussed and decided the following:

1. Considered and allotted 3,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2/- each on conversion of warrants.

2. Approved merger of Picopeta Simputers Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and e-dot Solutions India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, a Company engaged in the creative design, Technology integration into the Company.

3. Consented to acquire 100% stake in Chandamama India Ltd.

4. Declared an interim dividend @ 10% on fully paid up equity share capital consisting of 5,91,65,257 equity shares of Rs 2/- each and the record date is February 02, 2007 for the year 2006-07.
