Sundaram Brake Board declares 50% interim dividend

Sundaram Brake Linings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2007, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of 50% (Rs 5/- per share) on the fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company:

1. Cessation of Mr. T Dulip Singh, as a director of the Company due to death.

2. Mr. Ashok V Chowgule, co-opted as a Director of the Company in the place of Mr. T Dulip Singh effective January 22, 2007.
