Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and discuss the Date, Venue and Agenda of EGM, which are as follows:

1. Issue of Forfeited Shares.

2. Issue of Shares on Preferential basis.

3. Issue of Bonus Shares.

4. Increase in Authorised Capital of the Company.
