Dynemic Products acquires plot in Ankleshwar for expansion project

Dynemic Products Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired the Plot of Land admeasuring 1699.20 Sq Mtr in GIDC Ankleshwar for its Unit I at Ankleshwar and two Plots admeasuring 3640.80 Sq Mtr and 4950.00 Sq Mtr at GIDC Ankleshwar for its unit II at Ankleshwar for setting up its own Effluent Treatment Plant in addition to the expansion project in the form of Backward Integration at Unit I and Forward Integration by setting up three new Food Color Plants at Unit II. Due to this reason the project implementation schedule is revised and the Company now expects to start the Commercial Production in March 2007 for its Unit I and September 2007 for its Unit II.

Due to this the project cost is revised to Rs 1412.60 Lacs instead of Original cost of Rs 1321.56 Lacs. The said cost will be met by Company's internal accruals.
