Refex Refrigerants to Change Financial Year

Refex Refrigerants Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010 had decided to extend the current financial year of the Company by three months from March 31, 2010 to June 30, 2010. Consequently the Company's accounting year for the year 2009-2010 will cover a period of 15 Months commencing from April 01, 2009 to June 30, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.25.70, down by Rs.0.55 or 2.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.55 and low of Rs.25.10.

The total traded quantity was 3595 compared to 2 week average of 16285.
