DLF allots 24600 Equity Shares under ESOP

DLF Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors has allotted Equity Shares as detailed below upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employees Stock Options Scheme.

On February 11, 2010 22100 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) were allotted and on January 21, 2010 2500 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 2/- each) were allotted.

The stock closed the day at Rs.309.80, up by Rs.6.30 or 2.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.310.85 and low of Rs.302.90.

The total traded quantity was 1525552 compared to 2 week average of 1969832.
