Kirloskar Brothers Board declares interim dividend

Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 18, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Declared an interim Dividend of Rs 2/- per share (100%) on equity shares of Rs 2/- each for the financial year 2006-07.

2. Appointed Mrs Lalita Dileep Gupte as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from January 18, 2007.
