JK Industries Board to recommend dividend

JK Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2007, inter alia, for the following:

1. To consider the Annual Results for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2006.

2. To consider recommendation of Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2006.

3. To consider and take on record Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2006 of the Financial Year 2006-2007.
