SMIFS Capital Board approves equity shares on rights basis

SMIFS Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2006, has approved the issue of equity Shares of the Company on Right Basis to raise an amount not exceeding Rs 12,00,00,000/- and a Special Resolution is being proposed at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, for the said purpose, to be held on September 16, 2006.
