Flex Industries equity shareholders & creditors approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Flex Industries Ltd has announced that the secured & unsecured creditors & equity shareholders of the Company at their Separate Court Convened Meeting held on August 11, 2006, have approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company, Flex Engineering Ltd, FCL Technologies & Products Ltd & Flex Securities Ltd, & the shareholders & creditors, with requisite majority.
