South Indian Bank to consider price band for public issue

South Indian Bank will announce the price band for its follow-on public issue tomorrow. South Indian Bank is coming out with a follow-on public issue which opens for subscription on Febraury 10, 2006 and closes on February 15, 2006.

Market buzz is that the bank would give a discount on price to the retail investors.
