Birla Shloka Edutech FPO receives subscription of 1.43 times

The Follow-on Public Offering (FPO) of Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has received subscription of 1.43 times. The company has come out with and FPO of 6616670 Equity Shares Aggregating To Rs. 2977.50 Lakhs(Excluding Promoter's Contribution Of Equity Shares Aggregating To Rs. 500.00 Lakhs).

The FPO opened for subscription on January 11, 2010 and closed for subscription on January 13, 2010.

The FPO received bids for 9480960 equity shares against the offer of 6616670 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 1.43 times. The issue received bids for 3820440 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received Nil subscription against the offer of 3308335 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 5413920 equity shares against the offer of 992500 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 5.4548 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 1.7562 times with bids for 4067040 equity shares against the offer of 2315835 equity shares.
