Siemens Healthcare fixes Book Closure for Dividend & 35th AGM

Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from January 25, 2010 to January 28, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on January 28, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.1219.45, up by Rs.19.25 or 1.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1239.90 and low of Rs.1210.
