Hazoor Media ties up with Bansal Builders, forms joint venture "Hazoor City Developers"

Hazoor Media & Power Ltd has announced that the Company has tied up with Bansal Builders from Pune and have formed a Joint Venture Company viz. "HAZOOR CITY DEVELOPERS" for carrying out the Real Estate Housing Projects in the heart of Pune City. The Housing Project will be comprising of 3 Residential Tower Building and the construction work is scheduled to be commence in the month of March 2007. The Joint Venture Agreement between Bansal Builders & the Company has been duly executed and Registered in Pune, on January 10, 2007 for formation of A.O.P. "HAZOOR CITY DEVELOPERS".
