Filmcity Media board approves property sale

Filmcity Media Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 19, 2006, inter alia, has approved to sale Property of the Company viz. Filmcity House, subject to the approval of the same in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2006.
