Fortis Financial to enter KPO/BPO business, to acquire Prime Syscom Pvt Ltd

Fortis Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2007 has transacted the following:

1. Approved the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from Connaught Place, New Delhi to Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase III, New Delhi.

2. Approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of "Fortis Business Intellect Ltd" for KPO/BPO business.

3. Approved acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Prime Syscom Pvt Ltd.
