Mastek Board declares Rs.3 interim dividend

Mastek Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2007, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 3/- per equity Share for the financial year 2006-2007.

Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Amit Shah has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
