IFCI offloads 7% stake in NSE

IFCI Ltd has announced that the Company is holding 56,00,000 equity share of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE) constituting 12.44% of NSE's equity and on January 10, 2007, it has signed an agreement to offload 7% of equity (31,50,000 equity shares) to four institutional investors viz. Goldman Sachs, NYSE, General Atlantic & Soft Bank.
