Sql Star International Board to discuss raising of US $15 million

Sql Star International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 17, 2007, inter alia, to discuss raising of funds to the extent of US $ 15 Million by issue of GDRs / FCCBs / ADRs or other securities in the international offerings or in domestic markets and appointing of various agencies for the said purpose.

Further the Company has informed that, originally the above proposal was put for discussion by the Board of Directors in the meeting scheduled on January 23, 2007. However, due to paucity of time, the proposed item has to pre-phoned for discuss by the Board on January 17, 2007 and the other items of the agenda of original meeting will be discussed in the original meeting scheduled on January 23, 2007 only.
