Siemens fixes Book Closure for Dividend & 52nd AGM

Siemens Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from January 21, 2010 to January 29, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on January 29, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.579.60, up by Rs.8.30 or 1.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.582.90 and low of Rs.566.

The total traded quantity was 128144 compared to 2 week average of 105420.
