Tera Software Board to recommend dividend & bonus issue

Tera Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2006, to consider recommendation for payment of dividend, de-merger of Annaram land, issue of bonus shares and interalia the Financial Accounts of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2006.
