Kamla Dials Postpones Board Meeting on Rights Issue

Kamla Dials & Devices Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on January 11, 2007 to review the proposed rights issue of the Company and other matters related to meeting the funds requirement of the Company has been postponed. The rescheduled date shall be intimated shortly.
