National Mineral Board to consider second interim dividend

National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Jan 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider second Interim Dividend for the year 2006-2007 at the rate of 116% on the Paid up Equity shares capital of the Company.
