Unity Infraprojects secures award in 50:50 JV with BSEL Infrastructure Realty at Donna Paula, Goa

Unity Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Company in 50:50 Joint Venture with BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd has been awarded and allotted an area of 40,000 sq. meters with 1.50 Floor Space Index (FSI) at "Rajiv Gandhi IT Habitat" at Donna Paula, Goa for developing and constructing an Information Technology (I.T.) Park. The project is estimated to be approximately 6,45,600 sq. feet of built-up area.
