Supreme Industries Board to consider Interim Dividend

Supreme Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2007, to transact the following:

1. To consider the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Second Quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. To consider and declare an Interim Dividend on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.
