Marico Board to consider Third Interim Dividend

Marico Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. To consider declaration of Third Interim Dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
