Kamanwala Housing acquires development rights of property in Malad

Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired the development rights of the residential property, having the area of 2,03,124 Sq. ft. at Marve Road, Malad (W), Mumbai. The total consideration for the said deal is Rs 33.30 Crores.
