Manappuram General Board to consider Bonus Issue

Manappuram General Finance & Leasing Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2007, to consider the following:

1. The unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.

2. To make Bonus Issue of equity shares in the ratio of 1:1.
