Atlanta clarifies on news item regarding stake sale

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading Financial daily titled "Atlanta to sell stake to raise $200mn, mulls airport foray", Atlanta Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company has told only about the Company's business plans which the Company is considering and possible means of finance for those plans. The Company has not yet finalised anything reported in the news item.
