Sumeet Industries to enter into real estate business

Sumeet Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 05, 2007, has been decided to change the main object clause of the Memorandum of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders in the EGM through Postal Ballot.

The new main objects be incorporated in the Memorandum of the Company are as follows:

1. To enter into the business of Infrastructure and Real Estate.

2. Sale, Purchase, Manufacture of allied activities related to menthol products.
