Rain Commodities EGM approves FII limit

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 06, 2007, have approved the increase in the limit of investment in the Share capital of the Company by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) to 49%.
