Jindal Stainless Ltd has announced the following Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2006:
The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 1597.30 million for the year ended March 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 2458.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2005. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 32007.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2005 to Rs 32026.10 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
The Consolidated results are as follows
The Group has posted a net profit (after minority interest) of Rs 1618.70 million for the year ended March 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 2319.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2005. Total Income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 31591.20 million for the year ended March 31, 2005 to Rs 32681.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
